Reporting on Deliverables for an Agile Project

Abstract: In this session, CaliberRM is used to provide key custom management reports that let us know exactly how well we are delivering against project requirements. Utilizing an agile process, with a light amount of accountability, we are able to accurately estimate client valued functionality, delivery dates, and track our progress towards completion.
